I have a two bedroom one bath small house for rent. This is located in my backyard and borders the back alley. Entry is through the alley. The house has radiant floor heating, a stacked w/d, full kitchen. The bedrooms are very small (9x8, and 9x10). Rent will include electric, water, & garbage. The house is NOT perfect, as this is a converted detached garage and we did much of the work ourselves. But its very comfortable, bright, and new. The yard is not included in your rent, although you can use your patio. We do have two dogs who frequent the backyard that you will need to get to know and put up with, as well as a small flock of chickens. My last detail is that I am open to anyone to rent this - I do not care if you have a record, are on probation, or are a person forced to register. Just be honest with me, and have a steady job that can pay the rent. Adults or roommates preferred, small family possible. Renting month to month with 60 day notice from either party to end the lease. I will pay electric, water, and garbage assuming my bills don't jump drastically.
