I don't smoke, drink or use drugs. I am Covid vaccinated and looking for the same in a roommate. I have a parrot that stays in his cage. The rent includes all utilities. I would be willing to reduce the rent in exchange for help with certain tasks. The property management company would require you to come on the lease.
