As soon as I entered this home, I felt lucky to be one of the first to see it because I just knew it would sell fast. The previous owners had already done all of the upgrades I wanted, including hardwood floors throughout the public areas, a beautifully updated kitchen, and crown molding throughout. It was clear the house had been meticulously maintained. But the view was what sealed the deal! I pictured myself enjoying my morning coffee on the covered, pavered patio while taking in the serene view across the pond and natural preserve beyond. I dreamed of fixing breakfast in my gourmet kitchen while watching the morning news on the TV in the family room with a fire blazing in the fireplace.
