The location is pretty mellow and has quiet friendly neighbors. Fifteen minutes to downtown, fifteen minutes to Nike or Intel. No pets, no smoking. I prefer a year lease. Owner will cover water and external HOA maintenance. Other utilities are up to the tenant. No smoking, no pets. Credit and background check required, but can deduct costs from first months rent.
