It has the following featuress: Shen Schools Gas and electric heat 1/2 of garage full basement with washer and dryer hook-ups Owner maintains the lawn, does not do snow removal Some pets are negotiable Large bedrooms Hardwood floors on the first floor, new carpeting upstairs Large deck of the back fenced in area for pets Very quiet setting and great, quiet neighbors Parking for only 2 vehicles Maximum occupancy is 4 people. I'm looking for long term tenants only that will treat our home with respect. Income requirements are three times that of rent. Meaning if rent is $1950, you would need to make $6k a month. Security and first month's rent due. One year lease, but again we are looking for someone LONG term preferably. Absolutely NO smoking in the apartment or on the property.
