Relax after your outdoor adventures, or hard days work with a hot shower and comfortable beds in a private & peaceful atmosphere. This cozy private space has 1 bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower. The kitchen has a full stove, small fridge, sink, microwave, pots, pans, utensils and a quaint kitchen table. The bedroom has a queen bed, mirror, spacious armoire & armchair. There is also a comfortable queen-sized futon located in the living room, along with an armchair and smart tv for streaming. The windows have privacy frosting to ensure privacy. It may be important to note that the bedroom does not have a door. Tenants will have the whole unit to themselves with enough parking for 2 vehicles. This is a refreshingly unassuming location, where you can expect to be tucked away from the main house, adjacent to our 2-car garage and family yard with abundant large trees. The house is only 8 minutes from Glacier Park International Airport, and 9 minutes to the logan health center. Easy access to Glacier National Park, Flathead Lake, Whitefish & more. All utilities are included in this well stocked, furnished home. Tenant is responsible for snow removal. Tenant must maintain snow removal in accordance with lease agreement; however, we do offer other rental packages that do include professional snow removal services. You will be required to undergo tenant screening and sign a month-to-month lease upon move in. The house is available from Oct 1st-May 31st. Options for Renting: 1) Basic Package: -The pricing that we have listed is the basic monthly price option which includes utilities and furniture. Security deposit is $1,600 2) Mid-Package: -This option will include everything from option 1, plus bi-weekly housekeeping. If you choose this option, we will also provide ice melt for you to use on the driveway and the front steps as well as charcoal for the grill. These will be restocked bi-weekly when housekeeping comes. This will be a month-to-month lease at $2,100/Month. Security Deposit is $1,500. 3) Premium Package: -This option includes everything we include for our short-term guest plus weekly housekeeping, weekly restocking of included amenities, and professional snow plowing and snow removal services. Does not include sanding of the driveway. Every week when housekeeping comes to freshen up the place, they will also restock the wide variety of amenities we provide. This includes, but is not limited to laundry detergent, fabric softener, bodywash, shampoo, conditioner, basic spices, coffee, sugar, creamer, cooking oil, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, etc. Housekeeping will also replace old towels and linens with clean, fresh new ones. This will also be a month-to-month rental agreement at $2,600/Month. The security deposit is $1,000. 4) Premium Plus Package: -This option includes everything above plus professional sanding of the driveway. This will be a month-to-month lease at $3,000/Month. The security deposit is $1,000. Fees: Rentals of over one month: -Application fee for background check, rental history, credit check, and reference check -Security Deposit equal to one month's rent, unless otherwise stated (refundable) -Credit Card fee of 3% if paying by credit card. -Month-to-Month Rental Agreement required *Note on housekeeping* I highly recommend choosing an option with housekeeping. It has proven to be beneficial to both the tenant and owner as this helps keep the house in great condition. This in return increases the chances of the security deposit being returned in full. If you do not want one of the higher tier options, but you do want housekeeping, just ask and we can get with the housekeeping team to work something out for you.
