The optimum trifecta of avoiding stressful intrusions of all in Hawaii. There are no immediate neighbors which is unusual now in Kalapana Gardens as it has become a popular place to logically downsize and live with “Less is More” in Aloha. The tiniest home shed is wonderful because it has a loft single bed up top with 2 mini skylights. Down below is a desk with comfy executive chair as office and living room, and kitchen when it is raining with 2 burner Coleman stove included. It even has a flush toilet with sink, so that saves you $5000-10,000 on septic install. The only thing it doesn’t have inside is shower, but there is a solar shower bag until you build an external shower that can be done in 2 hours easy with solar, or propane instant hot if you want to be luxurious! It has a window installed for nice ventilation.
