There is a nice paver patio with outdoor gas fire pit. The kitchen, living room and dining room share an open design and all flow nicely into one another. All amenities are upgraded, high end, premium and very nice! The master bedroom/bath is huge each with his and her sinks, closets and walk-in tiled shower with dual shower heads. The entire house has tile floor. It has central air and gas appliances. All appliances including kitchen, laundry set up will be included. The neighborhood is friendly, safe and close to everything! 10-15 mins to Okaloosa beaches, 5 min to publix, 7 mins to home depot/lowes, 4 min to base.
