We have an application process and require an updated credit report submitted with application. If you tend to entertain late evenings or after midnight this apartment would not be a good fit for you. Security and first month's rent is due at the time of move-in, no exceptions or vouchers. Utilities must be in the tenant's name on or before day of move-in, no exceptions.
