Greenfield Cottage is located in a quiet neighborhood in the charming town of Madison, Connecticut. We are located approximately four miles from the village center and three town beaches as well as Hammonassett State Park. Mo. Rent INCLUDES ALL UTILITIES, garbage & snow removal, lawn care, electricity. **IMPORTANT TO NOTE** There is a studio-style apartment in the lower level of the cottage. It has its own separate entrance. My husband and I stay here when we are in town -- mostly for the summer months and occasionally throughout the winter when my husband travels north for business. SEASONAL RENT FROM OCTOBER 4, 2025 THRU MAY 31, 2026.* Pets will be considered and if accepted there will be a $500.00 refundable pet fee. No smoking inside the house. Rent includes utilities, garbage & snow removal. Lawn care. Utilities will remain in owner's name and accounts for $770/month of the rental fee. *Cottage is also available to rent during the summer. Rent increases to $5500/month.
