Utilities included Pge, water, garbage, basic cable, high-speed Internet and a monthly cleaning service of the common areas, also access to the washer and dryer. I do ask for the usual credit and background check, proof of income and references. Room is available for immediate move-in. First months rent $1500 and $1500 deposit expected upon moving in.
