All 4 bedrooms are located on the 2nd level. Two of the four beautifully designed bedrooms are fitted with plush queen beds and desirable beach decor. The two additional bedrooms offer a cozy retreat for 4 additional guests in 4 twin beds. Open the windows to smell the fresh salt air as the waves break on Goose Rocks Beach. BATHROOMS Saltaire offers 1.5 bathrooms, each of them stocked with all the essentials you need for the duration of your stay. The 1st level hosts a full bathroom with a combination shower and tub. It is conveniently located just steps from the kitchen and is easily accessible for the guests on the 1st level. The half bathroom on the 2nd level is well equipped and is conveniently located just steps from all 4 bedrooms. Worry about nothing with these thoughtfully stocked bathrooms that provide everything you need and more. KITCHEN & LIVING AREA The bright and airy kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances, utensils and cookware you need to feel at home. This thoughtfully-designed home provides eat-in dining for 8 guests at a gorgeous wooden table. Relax and unwind in our bright and sunny living room, designed for comfort and connection. The space features cozy seating arranged around a large Smart TV perfect for movie nights or streaming your favorite shows. A sun-drenched seating nook offers the ideal spot for your morning coffee, reading one of the provided books, or enjoying a quiet moment. For added fun, you'll also find a selection of games and books to keep everyone entertained. The open-concept layout flows seamlessly into the kitchen, making it easy to stay connected whether you're cooking, lounging, or sharing a meal. With plenty of natural light and welcoming touches throughout, this living room is the heart of the home. OUTSIDE SPACE The exterior area of this home has a gorgeous yard and ample privacy. Friends and family can wash off the sand and sea in the private outdoor shower. The back deck is the perfect summer gathering area with an outdoor dining option. Sit back and relax while a meal is prepared on the BBQ. After dinner, cozy up in the beautiful outdoor furniture and watch the enchanting sunset. Guests staying at Saltaire at Goose Rocks Beach have exclusive access to numerous amenities including being located just steps from Goose Rocks Beach. Take time to soak in the sun from the private deck and use the fire pit, outdoor shower, and games at your leisure. This home is a 2 minute walk to Goose Rocks Beach and allows easy access to many of Kennbunkport's most sought after attractions like Dock Square and Cape Porpoise. Saltaire at Goose Rocks Beach is fitted with a smart door lock, an exterior ring camera, and free parking for vehicles is available on the premises. Please feel free to use the gas grill. Grills need to stay 5-10 feet from the home. Please clean the grill after each use. If you run out of propane, please check for the backup tank.We appreciate a notice if you finish a tank so we can replace it between guests, or if you refill a tank at a local establishment please send us the receipt and we will happily refund the cost of the propane. The host pays all utilities up to $500 each month. Guests will be asked to pay an additional fee for utility bills beyond $500 each month. *Driveway parking *Available for 30 day or more rental January 1st 2025 - April 31st 2026* *No smoking or vaping of any product or substance is permitted. *Unit inspection is required once a month with 24-hour notice. You may request cleaning service during your stay at an additional cost *We collect the first and last month's rent once the booking is confirmed (for 60+ days bookings) *We ask all guests, upon confirmation of the booking, to acknowledge and sign the Short Rental Agreement.
