Homes were built in the late 70's and are some of the largest townhomes in the Parkville/Perry Hall area. End of group homes are 1400+ sq. ft while inside homes are 1200+ sq. ft (which does not include the basement) with large yards. HOA dues are reasonable at about $127 per quarter and cover maintenance to common areas, water bills, snow removal, etc. The community is close to I-695, I-95, White Marsh, parks, libraries, and Gunpowder Falls State Park-Big Gunpowder Falls Section. Community is also adjacent to Seven Oaks Senior Center & Seven Oaks Elementary, which has fields, playgrounds, and basketball and tennis courts for recreation.
