This is the downstairs unit of a duplex near Cab Calloway High School. Kitchen and Bath have been remodeled a few years ago. There is laundry available in the basement. Parking is shared with the other duplexes on the court. Please let us know if you have pets and how many as they will be considered. Unit is currently occupied until end of August and we will clean it September 1 to September 3 and make it available September 4 or after. The upstairs unit will also be available about August 29 at a higher rent because it has more remodelling. Lease is for 1 year. Pets are negotiable. Renter pays electricity and gas to Delmarva, but share the water bill with the other unit and pay the landlord for water use.
