I am looking for 2 Roommates to fill the remaining 2 bedrooms in a waterfront cottage on Lake Union. Could also fill just one room for $800.Two rooms open in amazing 3 bedroom waterfront cottage on Lake Union. House includes 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large common area, washer/dryer, kitchen, dining area, and a great view of the lake. Also walking distance to all the Eastlake bars and restaurants. Toys currently at the house include a sailboat, 2 snowmobiles, a kayak, and a stand up paddle board Current roommates are outgoing mid-20's professionals who are responsible, respectful and clean. Big believers in work hard/play hard; although we're very busy during the week, we know how to have fun when it's time to. Rent for the available room is $800 a month. Would consider male or female roommate, move in date is negotiable.
