The rental available is a one bedroom coach house with large living room and kitchen great views of the lake. There are two main entrances to the coach house you can use a front door into the kitchen area; or a lower mudroom area with a bench and tile floor, with stairs to living room. Large bathroom with double vanity, shower and bath, laundry (washer and dryer, hanging rack), and cabinet space for storage. Bedroom has a queen bed, dresser, large closet, room for a desk. We are an 8 minute drive from Cornell University and 5 minutes to the sailing center, schools, and Ithaca downtown. Admire the waterfalls, the Ithaca Farmer's Market, hiking, and more. Enjoy all the seasons! House is solar and geothermal, all utilities included. Duration is 9 months minimum, the academic school year (September - June), but a longer rental is also available and the property is available immediately. A car is available for rent at an additional charge.
