Updated in 2015, the main bathroom is on the top floor and has stylish wainscoting and very easy to clean/maintain finishes. The dining room is directly adjacent to the living room and also has high, vaulted ceilings. The kitchen is off of the dining room and there is a pass through allowing visibility from the kitchen into the dining room above the sink. The kitchen is large with a huge amount of countertops and storage including a centralized island. With the exception of the Bosch dishwasher, all of the appliances were replaced in 2022 and are stainless steel. Off of the side of the kitchen, there is another bedroom or office with a large bank of windows into the backyard. The roomy screened-in porch is off the back of the kitchen and was recently rescreened and painted. In the rear corner of the kitchen, there is an entrance into the 1.5 car garage. The backyard is very wide, flat, and fenced in. Extremely private. All of the windows on the front of the house have blinds for privacy and the house is extremely quiet, even with kids! Great for USNA families, Baltimore/Washington commuters due to proximity to rt. 50. All utilities are the responsibility of the tenant. 6 month lease minimum. We are not interested in corporate rental opportunities for this property.
