The apartment is located on Gloucester Street, only a few blocks from Newbury shopping, Comm Ave, and the Charles river. It's available starting February 1st and through July 31st. The apartment is fully furnished (queen bed, desk, two dressers, and more) including kitchen equipment and linens. We're open to allowing a dog on a case by case basis. The apartment is move-in ready with internet, electricity, gas and water available for use on day one. Electricity and gas will be billed separately each month based on the statements for each.
