The property is very much out in nature (nearby the Mount Agamenticus reserve) so animal and nature lovers please apply. There are a lot of walking trails and hikes nearby as well. All of this being said, if you are not a nature lover and aren't used to the elements of living in Maine (snow and shoveling, hearing and seeing wild animals etc), this may not be the home for you. Plowing and trash removal are the landlords responsibility for the most part but when there is less that three inches of snow shoveling may be necessary.
