The owner lives upstairs, but the rental has its own private entrance, designated parking, and locked doors separating the two living spaces for complete privacy. The living room also includes a queen-size pullout sofa. It provides convenient extra sleeping space for children, guests, or adults, but it isn't as comfortable as a traditional mattress. If mattress comfort is especially important to you, we recommend planning for the bedrooms as the primary sleeping areas. Additional Information Guests have exclusive access to the private rental unit and two designated parking spaces. The washer and dryer are located in the garage and are available for guest use. The garage is a shared area, as the owner also uses the laundry facilities and parks a vehicle there. The owner lives in the upper level of the home. The rental unit and the owner's living space are separated by a locked interior door, providing privacy for both guests and the owner. Property available September 1, 2026 through May 31, 2027. Minimum 1 month stay. $2,800 per month due on the first of each month. $2,800 security deposit required up front to be used as the last months rent, unless there is property damage. All utilities included in pricing. No smoking inside property. No parking on street but plenty of parking available in driveway for 2+ cars. Large garbage can in entry room - put any garbage in and leave outside door and garbage will be removed for you.
