It is in a great, quiet neighborhood conveniently located a mile from downtown Clinton, just under 2 miles to the Clinton town beach, and approximately 5 minutes to I95 in between exit 63 or 64. This is a studio apartment with separate entrance, three full closets, and pull down attic stairs for more storage. There is a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, air fryer, and apple tv. A full bathroom is in the unit. There is a shared laundry room and a new deck(2026) for your use. Both sides of the laundry area have locks on each of the doors to ensure everyone's privacy. All utilities are included. We have a full house generator and solar, so never a worry during a power outage. Lease can be either a 6 or 12 month term. All utilities are included. The space does contain a room with water tanks, boiler, another closet has well purifier. The electrical box is located in the space also. From time to time, owner may need access for maintenance work to be done in those areas. There is no smoking allowed inside the apartment. If you wish to smoke outside, please keep the area clean. Tennant is responsible for their own paper products, laundry needs, and cleaning supplies. The space is furnished with a small table, comfy chair, desk chair, bed, electric fireplace, tv, towels, and linens. Payments can be sent via Venmo before the 1st of every month.
