You will have the main part of the house and I will be in the 2 room addition with a separate entrance but we will share the kitchen, bathroom and laundry room. Feel free to use the sun room and back deck when you want. Feel free to plant more in the veggie garden. It's all about good communication and courtesy. Either Sept to May or Annual lease.
