This beach house is located in lordship/Stratford in an HOA community with 68 homes. Our home 1588 sq. ft. and is directly across the sand from the water's edge. It is about 100 steps from the shoreline. We have 3 bedrooms with a large sitting room/a possible bedroom that has potential to be a master, but closet is utility for AC, on the second floor with beautiful big windows to see the water directly from the second floor. There are two full baths, one on the first floor with a bigger walk in shower w sliding glass doors, and one on the second floor with a tub w a shower and sliding glass doors and a very huge deeper closet. There is spacious kitchen w/ amble storage and an island with storage underneath. There is a stainless refirgerator\freezer, over the stove microwave, a diswasher and a four burner gas stove and a stacked washer dryer tucked away in a first floor closet with a shelf for storage. There is also a closet near the kitchen. There is also a large deck off the first floor sitting area that faces the water with a new awning to bring shade to the deck. There is also some storage with hooks a shelf to store under the home. Our home is winterized and could be used as a academic rental from Sept to June and then used for your vacation home away from home...or for a full time home. Lots of options. Each home in the Association is allowed one marked parking space and there are other spaces that are unmarked for a second car. Our lordship home offers so much like sunrises, sunsets, beachcombing, sunbathing, getting morning coffee and breakfast sandwich at Lordship's own market, eating at Little Pub or Riley's which is steps away, walk up to Del Mar's Italian take out restaurant or just a short drive to Zach's ice cream, bike riding, walking to the light house, etc. Lordship is the place to be.
