Looking for someone to take over my lease for a 2 bd/2 bath apartment in the Skyland Exchange community of Asheville starting immediately through June 2020 (Note: This is a relett, not a sublease). Rent is currently $1,355/per month. I have paid August rent so I am trying to get someone in ASAP Rent includes free parking. Pet fee has already been paid so there will be no additional cost to bring your furry friend. I have already paid deposit, the only thing due before the Sept 1st is $50 application fee and $150 relet fee (I will pay you back for the relet fee after lease is taken over) if you decide to go ahead with this apartment. Utilities are the responsibility of the resident.
