I am currently working on putting together a group of four well-qualified tenants, grad students and professionals only. Rent would be around 900/month(plus heat, and electricity/5) per person, per room. All applicants must have a good credit and/or strong cosigners. I will make sure that you will meet with your potential roommates and conduct group showings. I will consider all roommate preferences that you have.
