Great home in need of some TLC, on great level lot. Detached garage/storage building. This is not a distressed sale - the home was priced below $75 per sq.ft. because that is a fair price in light of the repairs that are needed, but the Seller has reduced it to less than $65 per sq.ft. so there is no need to dicker over the price. There are no structurally issues that we are aware of. Seems to be a very solid house in need of a though facelift.
