Large living/dining rooms and shared bathroom, two quiet roommates (27M and 29M). Snowplowing included. Utilities and heat not included. Security deposit is 1-months rent. The available room has the basement access and laundry is in-basement, so we will have to manage an occasional polite intrusion.
