    Ok ya'll, this one is like no other out there! If only you could have met the owner. This is the most well cared for home you will find. Take a look at the associated, very detailed, list of improvements and maintenance records the owner has done since they owned it. Not even going to try to list everything here, except to sum it by saying that basically everything you can think of has been replaced at some point. The owner has been very meticulous with maintenance and upkeep and everything has been done by professionals. Walking up to the house, you'll notice the curbing and detailed edging and manicure of the lawn. Once inside you may want to run check out the garage next. It is just as clean, if not cleaner than the rest of the house. The floors are epoxy coated and the walls painted and everything was organized with shelving and hooks. Nothing was out of place in this home. If there was an award for cleanest, most well maintained home in the Upstate, this house would win, hands down. After looking at the garage, the backyard is the next spot where your mouth will drop. The yard is huge and it's fenced and, to no surprise, fencing is in great shape too. Plus, there is nothing behind you. Private back yard. Check out the detailed curbing, landscaping and concrete work too. Inside, the home is squeaky clean and the closets have built-in shelving. The master bath shower has been updated. If you check out the attic stairs, you'll notice the extra insulation and energy saving things that were put in place. The AC was replaced, including all the ducting. The frig and washer and dryer stay and there is even an extra air filter for you in the closet with the water heater. While in there, check out the maintenance records sticker on the water heater by Corley plumbing. The smoke detectors were even professionally done and are warrantied until 2026. I could go on and on. Whoever gets this home won't have to worry about a thing for a long time.
