It is centrally air conditioned, faces south, is bathed in sunlight and overlooks Factory Square's beautifully landscaped courtyard. The apartment has a living room with a large outdoor balcony, dining area, two bedrooms, two full baths and more than ample closets. The master bedroom has an en suite bath and the bath for the second bedroom is just outside the bedroom door. The master bath has a tub/shower and the second bath has a shower only. The kitchen was recently renovated and is fully-applianced (frost-free refrigerator, self-cleaning range, microwave range hood, dishwasher and disposal). Have a grill ? Bring it and enjoy the fresh air on the private balcony. Heat and air conditioning are provided by a water source heat pump where we supply and pay for a constant temperature heating and cooling loop and the resident pays for the electricity to operate the compressor. We supply and pay for hot and cold water. A full-time superintendent lives on the property, provides routine maintenance and repair and is available on a 24-hour basis for any extraordinary needs. Up to two parking spaces are provided (depending on tenancy). The on-site laundry is located on the second floor. Total move-in costs are an application fee of $30.00, first month's rent and one month's security deposit.
