This is a stand alone casita; the upstairs is a lofted bedroom, downstairs contains living area, full bath, and kitchen. There's a washer and dryer in the unit as well. No parking on site, street parking only, and tenant is responsible for all utilities (except water.) We live on site in the main house and are looking for a single occupant that's clean, quiet, and who will respect privacy as this unit is in our backyard. Signal occupancy only. One year lease perferred. Renter is responsible for electric, gas, and WiFi utilities.
