This home is definitely a fixer upper. My husband and I bought it for cheap from my mom in hopes to fix it up and make it our own. Now we have to move and can't finish it. Right now it's livable but that's it. Things that will need done....bathroom/laundry room remodel, bedrooms touched up, flooring in most rooms, & some drywall replaced. The most major update would be siding/roof. It is small looking on the outside but very spacious on the inside. It's right off mainstreet in a quiet neighborhood.
