It's a safe living area that has a perfect location: in-between Torrance, Palos Verdes, and San Pedro. 3 min walk to bus stops on PCH (If you don't have a car) 2 miles to Harbor College Direct bus to El Camino college (from door to door) 6 miles to Marymount university 2 miles to 110 freeway 20 minutes to Long Beach 25 minutes to LAX 5 miles to the beach or Del Amo Shopping Center Plenty of restaurants around home One mile to Trader Joes, Whole Foods, AMC movie theater, the Japanese market, 24-hours fitness, more restaurants, several coffee places (Peet's, Starbucks, Panera, etc.), and a library. I am looking for an ADEQUATE, honest, responsible, clean person, without bad habits and dramas. Your contribution is $875 per month. Parking is available. Laundry is inside. I can provide all the bedding, towels, kitchen stuff. The room is equipped with a new microwave and a small fridge. I pay for utilities, internet, dish soap. We have no pets.
