There is a large private upper level deck. A Small dog is allowed. Tenant is responsible for electric and water. Apartment comes with couch chairs and queen size bed. Bedding & towels are not included. Washer and dry on the lower level for tenant use. NO SMOKING ON PROPERTY is allowed. Lease is until November 30, 2023. Shorter term available at a higher price.
