Peacefull Furnished 2 story cabin on the Saluda River with 2 decks,12 miles to downtown Greenville on a quiet homestead training center. Garden space available use of shared meeting and screen room by river, fire pits, kayak put in. We sometimes host church and other ministry groups in screenroom for pot lucks. Looking for family friendly renters as this is in the center of our homestead. Optional pot luck healthy meals at times too with other renters out here. Rental can be used as 2 bed room option (one is up outside metal staircase....not good for anyone disabled or small kids under age 7. Most folks stay as long as they want but we word it as month to month rent so its easier to move folks on if we get a bad fit ( drug use, bad mess etc ) or for your sake to. ot be tied into a lease if you change jobs etc. 30 day notice for either party to get deposit back. 2 decks. No dogs as we have loose chickens and value the peace of no barking dogs...cats ok ,Utilities included. Can call 8am-8 pm for more info & set up time to see it. Elect water wifi gardens included
