Six minute walk to sandy beach at end of street, launch canoes, kayaks, paddleboards, or sailboats from behind house at Association beach, with access to Lewis Bay/Hyannis Harbor. Two twin beds set up in semi-finished walk-out basement room -- great for kids. Visit new Pirate Museum in South Yarmouth; ride bikes on the town bike path, take a daytrip to Nantucket from Hyannis Harbor, only 2 miles away. You can hear the ferry horn from our house. This is a weekly summer rate. Nightly rate is $375 (for long weekends, for example, or an extra night or two beyond the weekly rate)
