If you had known the man that designed this house, you would think he was Batman. It's just in the little ideas he had that make it work better and easier. Things like the driveway, making it easier to park or back your boat in. Or, it's the closets where the light comes on when you open the door. How about if you could throw dirty clothes into the huge utility room straight from the Master Bath. He designed an attic that can easily be finished to add a bath and two bedrooms if you'd like. Wouldn't you like it if your boat had it's own garage for it and your outdoor tools. And of course, Batman needs a built in shop. The floorplan is designed for family gatherings and the bedrooms are split for family peace. There's a big glassed in sunroom to enjoy. And if I didn't mention it prominently enough, the utility room is huge..and he put in a built in ironing board. I'm not saying that he was Batman..I'm just saying that noone has ever seen him and Batman in the same room. Wonderful home!
