The apartment is fairly large for a one bedroom and has a living room, kitchen and bathroom. It is entirely hardwood except for the kitchen and bathroom (both tiled). All units have a gas heater, a wall air-conditioner, gas oven, and a refrigerator. On site, we have bike parking, a laundry room (coin operated machines). Parking available will most likely be street parking, but there is a wait-list for onsite parking. There is a lot of storage space in each apartment including: - A walk-in closet in the bedroom - Shelved linen closet in the bedroom - Coat closet in the living room - Pantry closet in the kitchen. Its a small complex (16 units) so everybody is familiar with each other and very friendly. It is mostly graduate students, UC Davis staff, post-docs, and small families. Most of our tenants stay for several years or as long as they are in Davis - move outs are usually only when people are leaving Davis for another city or state (so people are generally very happy here!). Its a quiet complex as well and centrally located downtown (just a few blocks from campus). The rent for the Sept. 1st 2017 to Aug 2018 leasing year is $1,290. Tenant would sublease last week of July and August, then have a full year lease starting Sept. 1 through Aug. 31st.
