(1) Rent is due on the last of each month, There will be a 10% late charge if rent is received after the 10th of the month. (2) Prior to Move-In tenant to pay a Move-In Fee of $700.00 (Non-Refundable) (3) Tenant to pay for utilities listed in paragraph 4 under Lease Agreements. (4) Only occupants listed above occupy the apartment. All other occupants must have written approval of the Landlord. (5) Parking and use of Basement not included in this lease. (6) Tenant to purchase Rental Insurance for the apartment prior to Move-In. (7) No pets, Fish Tanks allowed without written approval of the Landlord. (8) The apartment has been furnished with a Smoke-Alarm and Carbon Monoxide detector. Tenant is responsible for Testing the alarms, changing the batteries and keeping the alarms Operable at all times. (9) Tenant to keep the apartment clean and in good condition at all times. Landlord will give 48 hours notice if it becomes necessary to enter the apartment!
