Hi, I am renting the downstairs in-law unit. The unit is a one bedroom with shared laundry. There is access to an expansive backyard which has views of SFO and the bay. Located in the hills above the airport. There is a green house and a covered raised bed for vegetables( if gardening is your thing. This unit is a luxury rental, with a raised granite counter top ( 40") to accommodate taller individuals. The rent is $2,595/mo, which includes utilities & internet access. This is a no smoking house. We have two small dogs and had a Maine Coon cat, so a small pet may be considered. The pets roam the yard, so you'll need to be cool with dogs. And, of course, our pets must get along. Property Management handles details. Ample street parking. A double gated side entrance gives way to a mediterranean feel as you enter through the garden. There is an enclosed private area under the deck before the french doors. There is a towel warmer in the custom tiled bathroom. With a refrigerator, stainless steel: sink; dishwasher; and electric stove, the kitchen is designed for functional efficiency. The living room and bedroom have dark redwood wainscoting and some venetian plaster. There are many more details that are not mentioned. This area is ideal for mountain walking or biking with access to the state park a few blocks away. Surfers or anyone athletic will appreciate the hot water shower outside to clean off the sand or mud after sport. The last couple moved in during college and were very active with mountain biking and camping. There are a couple of bike hooks in the garage and a small space for storage. As this is effectively a house-mate situation, where we will be using common resources( laundry( no dryer sheets pls( allergic), yard, etc.), we will need to find each others personality agreeable. This is especially key given the current stay-at-home lifestyle we all seem to have.
