This is a very nice well taken care of loft. The neighbours are friendly and it is quiet. Very easy to get anywhere in the city quickly from there and located close enough to down town that it is convenient but not loud. Also close to riverside park and has a coffee shop in the building. Includes a lot of natural light. hardwood floors, and patios on the roof. There is also washer dryer hookups, or laundry in the basement. An on site gym, and a bike locker to keep your bike. (very handy as it is close to bike trails). Electric is the only thing paid by tenant and this stays very low. Owner pays all amenities except electric which runs around $30 a month.
