Great location near downtown Albuquerque. Within walking distance to restaurants and cafes. Washer and dryer in unit. Tenant is responsible for all utilities, but trash and water is included with rent. No pets allowed, no smoking, and no off-street parking available. This unit is in the backyard of my home, so the yard is connected. The unit comes with a garden bed in the front, and a large porch area, but I ask that the rest of the yard not be used much by the tenant. Overnight guests are allowed but I insist on no more than 2x a week for privacy concerns.
