As you can see in the pictures, there are two closets, there were two people with separate beds staying in this unit the last time it was rented and it worked out fine. Although there is no laundry on site, there is a laundromat a mile away (as well as a grocery store). It is off of a main highway, so easy to get places. Bad credit is fine. If you have an eviction on your record and can explain it, we will look at that as well. Nice Mobile Home Park not a house, but it is a mobile home, so you have no shared walls. Park management is offsite, but within 5 minutes; a tenant was prior. If you have a dog, it must be on a leash. Absolutely no smoking allowed in the home. You must maintain good housekeeping and take care of your own lawn.
