More photos coming 7/9! Charming, cozy cottage in the beautiful Lake Arrowhead subdivision. Home was fully updated in 2016 including kitchen, bathrooms, and roof. Blue spiral staircase adds a pop of color and whimsy and unique vaulted ceilings in the living room and master bedroom add an air of grandeur. The foundation sits on an excavated crawlspace that could easily be turned into a full basement. The cottage has seasonal views of the lake from the back deck and is in close proximity to the two community pools and park, while the marina is less than half a mile away. Our home is well loved and sold in ‘as-is’ condition. We’ve outgrown the space and we’re hoping the next family will love it as much as we do.
