    Please see all caps note on the bottom of the overview. Zillow automatically over rode some of the rental facts and features that I set. For rent is my mid century inspired 3rd floor apartment, a 1 bedroom 1 bath apartment with garage parking on the ground floor (for additional $350). The unit is 728 square feet has plenty of natural light, bay windows, and an open floor plan. It is decorated with beautiful vintage Danish furniture through out. The bedroom has a queen bed with stylish floating nightstands and storage drawers beneath. There's a large closet with plenty of storage. The window and fire escape overlook the iconic Transamerica Building in the downtown, Chinatown and view of the Bay in the distance. It's in a 7 unit condo building, with an elevator. There are electric wall heaters located in the bedroom, living room, dining area and in the bathroom. Shared washer and dryer is located in the garage and free to use. May consider small pets with additional $300 security deposit. Smoking is not allowed in the unit. Also, this is not the building for those who want to party. Sorry! The unit is well stocked with gadgets and appliances. It has Coway air filter, Vitamix blender, coffee maker, rice cooker, dishwasher, toaster oven and stand mixer. There are also a weights/bench if you want a home gym. This can be removed if you'd like. The apartment is centrally located in the city and walking distance to Chinatown (1 min), North Beach (10 min), Financial District (5-10 min), Ferry Building/Embarcadero (10-15 min), Union Square (5 min) and Polk Street (15 min). I love the convenience and affordability of shopping and eating in Chinatown, which is just around the corner. It's close, but not so close that you're in the hustle and bustle. Or there's also Trader Joe's (10 min walk) or Whole Foods (25 min walk). Since there's garaged parking below, you can easily run errands around the city . A block away is the Fairmont Hotel, Huntington Park (relaxing spot to chill out), Grace Cathedral (home of the most amazing yoga class) and the Masonic Auditorium (concerts/shows). There are many gyms that are in the area as well. It's also a 5 min walk to the new central subway or a 10 min walk to BART. In addition to those underground lines, a number of buses and cable car lines are within a block. NOTES: - PARKING IS ATTACHED AND IN THE BUILDING - THERE ARE WALL HEATERS LOCATED IN THE BEDROOM, LIVING ROOM, DINING AREA AND BATHROOM - NO AIR CONDITIONING Water and garbage included. You would pay for PG&E and internet. Renter's insurance required. 12 month lease and then month to month after. 60 day notice by lessor or lessee if either wishes to terminate after the 12 month lease is complete.
