The Builder started the build with the slab and plumbing per the tax records between 2010 and 2012. Utilities were never run to the slabs but are available at the street. No building plans are available. I understand from the Bastrop Water District that there is a sewer tap available if a septic is not desirable. No HOA Fee but there is a $180 annual road fee per the BCWD#2. The Lot next to this one is available MLS#2875005
