This 2-bed/1-bath home was built in 1909 and still has many of its original features, including oak floors and a clawfoot tub. There is also a washer and dryer. Please keep in mind that this house is more than 100 years old, so it has its little quirks. My husband and I lived here for five years, and we are looking for a reliable tenant who will love and appreciate this home as we have. As you're considering the property, keep in mind that the bedrooms are small. The large bedroom with the blue trim is 92 square feet. It does fit a king bed. The small bedroom is 64 square feet. Why you'll love it: - You're a short walk to Frankly Coffee, Cerberus Brewing Company, 503W, Western Omelette, and Westside Stories bookstore. - Spacious front porch to sip your coffee in the morning. - Ultra-private fenced backyard perfect for barbecuing and relaxation. - Safe and quiet street with large shade trees and turn-of-the-century charm. - Rent is $1,850 per month plus utilities. - Tenants must sign a 12-month lease, though a longer lease is also possible. - First month's rent is due upon signing the lease. A $1,000 security deposit will be due before move-in. - The house will be available August 1. - We value your time as well as ours, so we will NOT be showing the house to anyone who has not submitted an application. Please message me to request one. - We will reach out to you to schedule a viewing. Please do NOT bother the current tenant. House Rules: - There is absolutely no smoking allowed on the property. - Renters must carry renter's insurance. - Pets allowed at property owners' discretion. Pet rent is $35/month. Any prospective tenant must: 1. Have a good rental history and be willing to provide references from previous landlords (if applicable). 2. Show proof of income. 3. Be able to pay first month's rent upon signing the lease + $1,000 security deposit prior to move-in.
