High speed internet from Spectrum. One car garage. Large deck and backyard overlooking Ft Lewis Mesa. Furnishings can be negotiated. We are living abroad for about a year, so the term of the lease is just one year. The house does not come furnished. No smoking inside. Yard must be maintained and sidewalks must be shoveled by tenants.
