updated kitchen, baths, lots of the original woodwork. Here is some thoughts from the owner; "This house will be difficult to leave. I moved into it because my job took me all over the city and it was centrally located, easy to get everywhere, in a great neighborhood, had 'some park' nearby, and when I walked in, it was warm, welcoming, calming, had personality, and felt like home. I never regretted for a minute buying this house, and I am saddened to leave. The house did prove to be convenient in its location, but also felt like a private corner of Pittsburgh. Since moving in, I have realized that the neighborhood is phenomenal. My neighbors are courteous, caring and friendly. The mansion across the street is beautiful in all seasons, and has fantastic concerts on the lawn that I have repeatedly enjoyed listening to while on my front porch with my friends and some wine. (Youll be the most popular person in town if you tell people you have a driveway available for the summer concert series on the lawn!) And the 'park' up the road which was mentioned when I bought the house is so much more than SOME park. It is 600 acres of bike trails, walking/running paths, streams, fields, playgrounds, and a gathering place for the neighborhood and friends from the area. Every single season is beautiful in Frick Park --- and I have enjoyed it as a refuge year round. The house is sturdy, well cared for, and a wonderful place to make a home. It will keep you safe and cheer your mood. And if its walls don't fully repair the battering of a day, there is always the park at the end of the road to help you unwind and recharge"
