Large Apartment in Fountain City. Feels more like a home than apartment. Has a large yard, two decks one covered at entrance and one uncovered in back. In unit washer and dryer. Perfect for students at WSU, it's about a 10 min drive but worth it since rent is cheap and the place is pretty big. Owner pays for water/sewer/gas. Garbage in Fountain city has you buy special bags from Kwik Trip or City hall for around $3 a bag, they fit around 3 16 gallon garbage bags in them. Recycling is free and picked up every other week. If you do not want to use the garbage pick up option the property management provides a key to a dumpster that is about a mile down the road. Renter is responsible for electric and tv/internet. This lease is for May 2021-May 2022 but could be extended if you wanted to stay. Property management is WSYou/Bluff city properties. Maintenance guy is super cool and mostly handles the Fountain City properties on his own from what I can tell. He will be by within a day or two of any issues you have to fix them. 1 dog allowed for a refundable $750 deposit, no pet rent, no breed or size restrictions. Anything that is in a tank or cage is fine. Just let property management know you have it.
