The location is absolutely fantastic - walkable to Wash Park, South Broadway, and the Baker neighborhoods. The main room features a gourmet kitchen and a combined living/dining room with new floors and a lot of sunlight. There is ample storage in the kitchen, as well as a large closer off of the hallway from the kitchen. In that hallway there is also a closet with a full-size, stacked washer and dryer. Both bedrooms are bright and comfortable, again with ample closet space. The main bedroom has an en-suite full bathroom. The guest bedroom is right next to the other full bathroom. In addition, the condo comes deeded with an assigned off-street parking space as well as a small (3'x3') storage unit in a shared building storage space. As landlords, were are local and responsive. We lived here for 9 years and have had very positive experiences with our tenants. We pay electricity, gas, and water. The only utility you are responsible for is Internet. No smoking allowed. Utilities included in the price of rent with the exception of Internet.
